God wants us to love one another. He wants to give us Spiritual Gifts, so we can help each other, so that together, we would be strong and in unity.
Only together can we fill our destiny in Christ. Only together will we grow in Christ, and encourage one another along the way.
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews 10:24, 25) NIV
If we stay isolated from the church, then we will remain stagnant and stunted in our walk, and we probably will go our own way, not spending any time to know God, or trying to please Him, and serve Him, or seeking His direction for our lives.
The Bible says when we make Jesus Lord of our life, then we shall be saved. Making Him Lord means we will obey and serve, and learn to listen for His still small voice within us. This is what we will learn in Church.
